Bio

Over 25 years in the construction industry. As Deputy Commissioner of CT
DPW oversaw, a design and construction program in excess of $1.3 billion,
eighty project managers, technical professionals and administrative staff,
and claims and litigation management. Experienced in master planning,
facilities management, budgeting, building code enforcement and
environmental compliance. A Lieutenant Colonel in the Army National
Guard. Deployed to Afghanistan where he was deputy chief for the regional
contracting center in Helmand.
