Brian O’Connor is a Senior Consultant experienced at providing construction and restoration consulting services on a variety of losses in commercial, industrial, hospitality, medical, agricultural, and multi-family dwellings. After starting in the construction industry in the mid-’80s working as a roofer, siding assistant, rough framer, and equipment operator, he commenced fire and water restoration in the early 200s and by 2006 was a Project Manager. Brian also specializes in providing damage assessments following CAT events, including photo documentation and reports for adjusters and insurance companies. Additionally, he has extensive experience providing clerk of the work services for multi-faceted projects involving multiple carriers and extensive complexities.
