Bio

40 years of experience in the construction industry. Began in the
industry in 1976 as a senior mechanical estimator, and prior to
joining DND Construction Services, spent the previous 20 years as a
Preconstruction Manager of Mechanical and Electrical services for a
major construction manager. Has extensive experience on high rises,
gaming facilities, hospitality, medical facilities, laboratories,
correctional facilities, pharmaceuticals, and waste water treatment.
He is familiar with all aspects of construction including estimating,
value engineering, design build, constructability reviews, field
management, equipment and materials procurement.
