Richard is a licensed architect with over 35 years experience in the design and construction industry. He has worked on a wide range of project types, giving him broad and deep technical knowledge of the industry and professional standards. Richard has provided forensics and building consulting services to the insurance industry for large loss, building envelope, and construction defect analysis for the past 12 years. During the 25 years prior, he worked as Project Architect, Construction Administrator / Construction Manager, and Owner Representative across every phase of the design and construction, representing major design firms and developers in New York, Dallas, and San Francisco on large, high-profile projects. Richard’s design and construction background represent managing over $6.5B in new construction.
