  • Periodic or continuous progress review and monitoring – monitoring of project work progress and project completion time frame

  • Payment analysis – determine actual payments, monies owed, and opinion relative to disputed payment claims
  • Cost to complete determination – assess cost for completion of remaining work
  • Change order review – evaluate change order entitlement and pricing
  • Potential liabilities cost assessment – provide cost projection for all potential costs

  • Completion schedule development – produce schedule for completion incorporating completion strategy and constraints
  • Project closeout – administer closeout of physical work, budget, and documentation
